I bid on a 10 pack DYMO LetraTag refills. I bid 12 dollars now they say that i offer 120 dollars i never did.I think this may be a scam .

Did you bid or did you make a Best Offer? Did you pay the $12 (plus s/h and sales tax if applicable)? WHO said you bid or offered $12?

One possibility is that you made an offer for 10 items on a multiple item listing (as opposed to a "lot" of 10 pieces) where the offer is "per item":
