Is it just me?....ive been a buyer on ebay for 15 years but due to bad seller...and no help from ebay....im starting to really question this platform. A gem seller from china...lists items.... cancels your bid if it's not as high as they want it to close. Does this repeatedly... never ever responds to my questions about this..... and ebay takes my complaint and let's it continue. Don't even require seller to respond to me. This is just wrong. No ramifications to seller at all even requiring to explain to me...for the numerous times it occurred. Im truly upset and ebay does nothing. Frustrating. Why bother

To avoid the situation, you may want to reconsider where you are purchasing items from.
I decided several years ago to avoid purchasing from sellers located in that country due to a number of bad transactions.
You can report the seller:
https://www.ebay.com/help/action?topicid=4022
Select "The seller has violated one of eBay’s policies"
Then "Seller doesn’t want to complete the sale"
