Scams
Is it a scam where people contact you within the eBay message platform saying they bought something but they need you to verify identity by giving a credit card at another site
all under the name of eBay security ?

Mentor8 months agoThat is NOT how ebay works. If you make a purchase from a seller on ebay, you go to ebay Checkout to pay. You do not go to some other website to enter your credit card information. Hopefully, you did not give the scammer any information.
