Scams
So i bought a battery from this one seller and the battery sparked exploded (almost) so i requested a return and the seller told me to cancel the request return because its not eligble to return it to their warehouse so i did what he told me to and he also said that if he cant deal or handle it i can contact the support so i did contacted them because he blocked, scammed me. So i called them and they said they cant do anything about it because i closed the claim which is i realized that was just a set up or bogos scams. Question here is how do i deal this kind of stuff? Do i get cops involve?
