Scamming seller, how can we get him removed?

How can we get this scammer off Ebay? I have 3 "Item not recieved" cases and so far ebay has refunded me for one. Other buyers have been doing the same according to the feedback left.

Hopefully you will win the other two INR claims and get refunded. In the future check Feedback before purchasing. eBay DOES monitor that type of activity and with enough issues an account can be restricted right up through permanent suspension.

In the future here NEVER post another members ID in a naming and shaming fashion. That is against the Posting Guidelines here, there is a link to the Guidelines in the right side bar.

OP9 months agoThank you, I didn't realize posting a scamming sellers name was not allowed.
I actually did check feedback before bidding. The auctions were all listed back in December. They had no feedback.
They closed the second one in my favor just now. and the 3rd one is still pending.

You are more than welcome ... Glad they closed the 2nd claim for you. Sadly EVERY venue has their share of bad actors and while some kind of a master list somewhere might be beneficial. Each venue decides what can and cannot be posted for the open public to see. Their sandbox their rules but no worries for what you did.
