Scamming accounts and fake purchases

Question

I'm so sick and tired of lots of people always making fake bids and making purchases both auction and buy now , wasting my time having to reslist these items constantly.

What is ebay doing to try and prevent these accounts being made. I think a proof of identity should used for anyone wanting an account.

All of the emails have messages that are requiring you to send pictures or messages to an external email like gmail. Reads like this... "Hi i would like to ask one or two question a msg on email (taylorvalerie014@gmail.com) i will be eager to hear back from you postage is within the United states thank you" Location: United States Maybe in the coding of the message page there should be a text blocker so scamming accounts can't use symbols
