Scammets on ebay

This seller is a scammed. The got me for over $181. Tracking was attached onto another items tracking number. The items were not shipped until i reported to ebay. Then the wrong items were shipped. Tried to return but seller only sent label for 1 package, when there was 2 packages. Second label was a copy of the first. Usps and ups would not accept packages with these labels. Seller won't communicate with me to resolve this issue. It's been too long and I'm afraid ebay will close this request. And nothing will be done to get my refund or stop them from scamming others.
