Just paid for a used power conditioner for wifi unit. Seller was a scammed. He sent a letter with tracking as shown on records that tge item I purchased was shipped and delivered. He did contact me to say that his daughter made a mistake and shipped the wrong package. Then I contacted him and asked to ship the correct package and let me know the tracking number. No response yet. I am certain that this eas a scam. I just need my refund from ebay. There us no way to communicate this to ebay throug...
