Scammers. Catagory, Name & Description of item changes when choosing "View All Details"
Hello!
Recently I've been trying to purchase some Videogames for cheap, and keep getting auto-redirected into listings which are selling only the Case/Game Art. But they're categorized under video games.
for example:

Games sorted by their New & Used Price.
Choosing an item from the page with direct you to a listing.
This listing, I have clicked on "Super Mario RPG" in this example.
The pages Category lists it as a Video Game, with no indication in the description that would say otherwise.

Choosing "View all details" or "Add to Cart" reveals an entirely different listing, with no game, no cartridge.
Misleading the buyer into thinking they are purchasing a game. Instead, getting scammed out of their money.

Why are listings allowed to have two separate descriptions? the first of which lies to the consumer in order to trick them into purchasing. The first listing with all the false information also completely lacks the ability to report it!
This is not an isolated incident, and is what is displayed for any/every chosen listing.
What do I do? what do we do? Do I report all these listings?
is there any action that can be taken?

Why are listings allowed to have two separate descriptions?
One is the listing the seller created, and the other is a product page that eBay created, and that the seller's item was apparently inappropriately linked to -- possibly because the seller included the part number of the game in the listing of the seller's "game save", or in some cases because the part number is ambiguous.
Product pages can have multiple individual seller item listings linked; when one listing sells out, the next listing can be purchased through the product page.
Unfortunately sometimes the wrong item listing is linked to a catalog page, and if the buyer does not view the individual item listing using the "view all details" link before completing the purchase through the catalog page, the buyer can buy the wrong item -- often through no fault of the seller, who may have no idea that the product page even exists.
eBay makes the product page format look very similar to the listing page, so the buyer may not know that the buyer is not actually looking at the seller's description at all.
