Summary: san57117 shared an issue with a seller regarding a delayed order of doors. The seller claimed the item was lost in a car accident and refused a refund request. Attempts to contact eBay only led to automated responses. lady_madonna provided detailed instructions on how to request a refund and escalate the issue through eBay's platform. However, san57117 mentioned that the seller had already rejected the refund request.
I ordered a set of doors and it said it would be shipped by August 21. It passed the 21st going on the 25th. It say it will be here August 28 whole time I’ve been texting the seller. He been telling me he crashed the car. He don’t have the doors anymore. I said OK can you send me my money back? He rejected my request to do a refund and now it’s on day three he haven’t texted me back. I’ve been trying to contact eBay, but there’s no live representative. It’s only a robot. what should I do now?
