This seller.named.mermaid tamer sold.me.a.drone.im.an.auctiom. it.said.free shipping for.5.days..then.imwim amd.he.adds 20.bucks to the invoice.for shipping. I paid it but reported it. Noone cared. Som4 or.5 days later he still hasnt shipped. Tracking.ahows.he made a label. I ask.to.cancel and he can't cause.he says he.already shipped. I.report him. Noone cares. He lies amd.says hes dropping off the next day but never does. Then he gets mad and posts.the same item.he.sold me with the same.bogus details.same serial # and same pics and description. The item i paid for and he cqnt.refund andmc and cant ship and Noone makes him. Nobody makes him refund and allows to sell again . Ebay wont do **bleep**

Really sorry that happened ... the date you want to keep an eye on is the original estimated delivery date. One day past that is when you can process a claim.
You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the latest estimated delivery date: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
You can file a claim via the item in your Purchase History that you did not receive your item one day past the original estimated delivery date and up to 30 days after that. Follow the steps in the claim and they will lead to an eventual refund.
