Question

ebay wont help me with a package that was never delivered to my address, I put in a request for them to step in and they closed my case I appealed and was denied a refund The seller is a SCAM they have done the same thing to many other buyers on ebay, The help center is not doing anything about it and seems to be on the scammer side, The sellers Name is "wok360" if anyone could help me with any other ideas in how to get in contact with a live person from customer care I would appreciated it.

Hi @joabri-17 I'm sorry this happened to you. It does look from the feedback like this new seller is using fake tracking numbers. You can leave appropriate feedback, and also report the seller to eBay.

Contact your credit card company (or PayPal) and dispute the charge.

But before doing that, contact FedEx (or whichever carrier delivered) for help with finding your package, to make sure it's a scam and not just their misdelivery. The tracking includes GPS data so they know exactly where and when they delivered your package.

EBay denied the refund because the tracking showed the package was delivered. They don't have any way to tell it was a false number.
