Scammer selling on Ebay
I purchased from "Alkaline Valley" a product. For the past 12 weeks, I've been in dispute with getting my money back from this company & PayPal. Today, 01/29/2025, I am informed by the USPS, local post office, that the "TRACKING NUMBER IS STOLEN AND THE COMPANY NEVER SHIPPED THE MERCHANDISE TO YOU." I was scammed. Ebay has refused to address this matter. Why is Ebay permitting to allow sellers SCAM consumers?

Mentor1 year agoeBay has no way of knowing if a seller is a scammer. They have a 30 days from receipt Money Back Guaranty to protect buyers. You needed to go through eBay for a full refund. Once you involved PayPal this took the case outside of eBay and PayPal will then make any decisions regarding your case.
