Scammer Seller [Removed by Moderator]

I was trying to buy a phone for my daughter today, and had not so much money for it. I asked so many questions the seller before finalizing the purchase. Seller in the messages (can be checked, and I can submit the screenshots) told me that the phone is unlocked and can work with any carrier, I particularly asked this question. After I finalized the purchase, seller wrote something like that he got issues with the phone he is selling and realized that phone is not working with every carrier or unlocked. I asked to cancel the order so. This is like a scam situation. I was already charged the whole amount for the phone. But seller stop responding. I need this transaction to be canceled ASAP due lie and dishonesty of the seller. All the proofs in the messages between us. And I need a refund. I truly need to buy a phone for my daughter and have no time for scammers on the platform! I also believe his account should be reported.
