Scammer seller never sent product
It is impossible to get a person from ebay so im posting here. Order #: 09-13777-40250. Nov 1 2025. Item never arrived and never was shipped. I remembered jan 23 2026 and notified ebay item never shipped. No response in a week I thought seller had 3 days to respond. There is not button to ask ebay to step in . Very frustrating

You must file a not received claim with 30 days of the expected delivery date. It sounds like you missed this window.
Call your credit card issuer and ask them to open a dispute for an item not received. Some cards only help for 90 days, so do not wait any longer.

Mentor8 months agoItem not received claims must be made within 30 days of the last estimated delivery date shown in your purchase history or within 90 days of purchase whichever comes first. This allows for some movement of the estimated delivery date due to shipping issues.
