Scammer Seller
This scammer seller somehow faked sending me the item. The tracking info says it was delivered to Pearland, TX. I live in Richmond, TX, and DID NOT RECEIVE THE ITEM I PAID FOR! I tried to get help from VISA but to no avail. The records show it was delivered to Pearland, TX on July 7, but then it shows it being delayed days later in LAS VEGAS of all places! I tried getting VISA to help, but they ended up not ruling in my favor without doing a proper investigation. Ebay did the same thing without looking at all the tracking info. The seller had pretty good feedback until about after the time of my purchase. The, wham! Lots of problems similar to mine.

Mentor3 years agoOnce you start a case with your payment provider, eBay can no longer help as the case is no longer in eBay's hands. You must pursue the case with your payment provider. See if there is an appeal process you can take advantage of, once you have collected the proper documentation.
Had you not started a case with your payment provider, you could have pursued your case with eBay.

You may be able to use some of that info in an appeal with your payment provider.
