Scammer seller
I ordered an item that I found ending in in like 5 minutes so I bid on it and won. Well, no shipping info, no response, all of a sudden he has a -1 for items sold. 1 negative feedback for no response to buyer and for never shipping an item. How can I get eBay to step in and cancel order?

·3 years agoAll you can do right now is ask the seller to cancel the order, but they are not required to.
If they won't cancel or ship, you'll have to wait until a day after the estimated delivery date, then open an Item Not Received case for a refund.
