Scammer seller
This seller sold me a dish I never ordered. When I complained he quickly offered a refund but kept the shipping fees and never shipped item, which he obviously keeps reselling. How does he do this when I didn't order anything? He threatened no refund if I didn't change my review. How can I change my review back to bad?

Mentor2 years ago@shenawdl A positive review can not be changed to a negative. You can only change a negative or neutral to a positive.
File a not received refund request and the seller will have to refund the rest of your money.
Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when the item is at least a day late.
You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay.
