Scammer double charging multiple purchases
After having three items double charged to my debit card, I contacted a supposed customer service agent showing Delhi India. After he asked me to buy and load an ebay gift card I knew he was a fake.
Not before he got all of my information.
I'm not educated enough to get my 268 dollars back so I must let them shut off my electricity as I'm a poor workman.
I've closed my bank account and will soon create a new email. It's ruined my life for the month. I will never buy anything online again from anywhere for any reason. Who else has dealt with this?
Ebay doesn't even have an option for this that I can find.

So sorry this happened to you. As you found out, the contact you made was FAKE.
The actual Ebay Customer Service would NEVER ask you to buy gift cards nor ask for your personal information.
You could have used the "Help & Contact" page on the website to have Ebay help you.
Your bank should have worked with you to remove any non-legitimate charges.
