Scammer! Buyer trying to say I sent them something other than posted item
What's the best next step? They just requested a return this morning. It's 1,000% A SCAM!

Mentor8 months agoIf the buyer filed a Return Request with a valid reason per the Ebay Money Back Guarantee, you will be required to approve the return, provide a prepaid return shipping label and refund when you receive the returned item.

If you refuse, the buyer can ask Ebay to step in which will result in Ebay refunding the buyer from your funds and let them keep the item and issue you a defect.
