@ canonman78 sold me a wallet. Purchased it a week ago, refuses to send item and also refuses a refund. In process of filing theft charges. Pass it along. Don't need theifs and scanners ruining ebay for the good people. If you can't send item in timely manner, be decent enough to refund the money. It's not free bay. You don't get item and the money. Doorknob. Lol.

The day after the last estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History, you can file an "item not received" claim.

The seller will have three business days to provide tracking that shows delivery. After that, you can ask eBay to step in and refund you.

Mentor2 years agoYou are welcome. eBay's refund process is fully automated and does not require contacting anyone directly in most cases.

·2 years agoHi @Anonymous If you haven't received the item after the estimated delivery date, you can request a full refund for Item Not Received. The seller won't be able to refuse a refund. To request a refund:
