So long story short I bought a pool from @guangzhoulingwanwa59 and ever since then I have not received not one update and when I tried to communicate with this person they have not responded to me at all and eventually I think after about 2 to 3 weeks I requested a return/refund of some kind to which the person even though they have not messaged me at all, they quickly rejected me getting my refund. I have made a report not only for their account but I've also made a report so I could possibly give my money back with ebay but that was I believe April 2nd but I have not heard absolutely anything from them since then and I just want my money back. I've not received none of the items and I just want to get this over with, anybody have any advice?

Mentor5 months agoDid you file a Refund Request or a Return Request?
You can find out by going to your Purchase History, find the item and look at the request details.
When you find out what kind of request you filed, let us know and we can advise you how to proceed.

OP4 months agoYes I did but sadly to no avail, the seller QUICKLY denied it and when I took it up to ebay I have not heard a peep😭😭

Mentor4 months agoIf you filed a Refund Request due to Item Not Received and tracking does not indicate that the item was delivered, it is not possible for the seller to deny it.
Did you escalate the case by asking Ebay to step in to help you? If so, what was their response?

OP4 months agoSo here's the thing I filed a payment dispute with ebay and I haven't heard a peep from them since. As soon as I did that apparently the seller started providing "tracking" information and saying it was delivered when in fact it was not.
When I requested the refund there was no tracking information present so im not sure.
