Scammer

Question

I purchased something in Sept. and the seller never shipped or responded to any of my messages. I requested a refund in October. When I checked the return progress it says that the refund will not be issued due to return guidelines? I have never had this happen. The seller never shipped the item but I am now out of my money? When I click on the listing it shows the listing was removed for violation. Any thoughts on how I can get my money back since ebay does not have a customer service number?

@meddoc3490 I'm sorry that happened. What sort of case did you open? If you opened a return, that was the wrong case since you have nothing to return. The case to open was an Item Not Received Case Was there a tracking number on your order? - if there was, reply back, I have different advice. If there is not tracking - I would do these steps in this order . 1) You can try an Item Not Received Case, but I think that won't be allowed due to the Return Case Open an "Item Not Received Case".
