First it is against community policy to post sellers names and information. I recommend you remove that information from your post.
If you receive something, but it is not the item listed, you can open a not as described case to get your money back. You have 30 days from the delivery date to open the case.

Go to your purchase history and in the drop down menu for the item select "return this item, Select "Received wrong item" or "Doesn't match description or photos" for the return reason.
The seller will need to provide a return shipping label if they want the item back. Do not close the return, no matter what the seller tells you, until you are satisfied. The seller does not need you to close it to send a replacement or do a refund. If you close it you will not be able to reopen it. Make sure to monitor any deadlines so you don't miss them.

OP11 months agoThanks no for the clarification in this venue. I am aware of the producers to open a case it far surpass the thirty day policy.. moreover. Every time I try a different time to report it says try later or fail.b. I will omitt any further contents in this method.

If you are past the eBay 30 day window to open a return you will need to open a refund through your funding source, PayPal, Credit Card, etc.
