Hello, I want to return the laptop to the seller. The seller sold a defective laptop. He knew it was broken. So he said he would not accept a refund if I reinstalled Windows. I bought this laptop and it's mine, so I wanted to reinstall Windows, but it immediately showed an error and stopped working.
The seller knew that if I reinstalled Windows, the laptop would break.
Had he stated in the ad that this laptop would only work with the windows installed by the seller, and if you install windows on this laptop, it would break. I would never buy a laptop like that.
