Just bought something off a new buyer and four days later he hasn’t shipped. I messaged him and he said he is not shipping anything and good luck. I hope I can cancel still and get my money back

Mentor2 years agoYou must wait until the item is past due before you can request a refund.
After the last expected delivery, but no more than 30 days after the last expected delivery date, go to your purchase history - select 'I haven't received it' and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to provide tracking that shows delivery, or a refund. If he doesn't, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
