scammed product
i received some airpods that were stated as brand new. Once received, the packaging was brand new. I opened them and everything about them was horrible. I reached out to the seller and he wanted to tell me that the airpods were REFURBISHED. and in the listing there was nothing listed about them being refurbished... how do i get ahold of ebay to get help so i dont have to keep dealing with scammers..

Mentor3 years agoOpen a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
