Scammed, not finding customer support
hi there,
I ordered (3 different orders) 3 items over a year ago, [Removed by moderator] and I have been struggling to get any item at all, and they have now blocked me after a year of fighting with them… eBay chat bot says it’s been over a year and they aren’t providing a phone number or an email I can use to reach out… what do you guys recommend?

I am sorry to say, there is nothing eBay can do. Your buyer protection was only for 30 days.
Unfortunately, you let this seller string you along past those 30 days.
As a last ditch effort, contact your credit card company and see if they have any options for you.

In the future you need to take action within 30 days through eBay of either receipt or the estimated delivery date.

Unfortunately, you have waited too long to really do anything even with your funding source although you can try that.
