SCAMMED Item Shows DELIVERED buy claims it was not
Hello.
I recently sold an item to a local buyer, item was shipped and delivered within 2 days. USPS tracking shows Delivered.
On the day of delivery, buyer claims item was NOT delivered... the USPS tracking shows item was placed in her mailbox at 1:54 pm. I expressed she should speak to her postman or post office and check GPS tracking that would show where exactly her package was dropped. She refused. and demanded a REFUND! Because it was a one of a kind item, the next day, I went to the area, waited and spoke with her postman directly who said HE remembered the package and it was delivered it as noted in the USPS tracking. He also said she, the BUYER, should go to the post office, literally 1 mile away, and have them check GPS tracking.
The buyer refuses to go to her post office and check GPS tracking and now placed a Credit Card Dispute for this transaction. I feel I am being scammed by this buyer. Ebay says I have NO ACTION TO TAKE other than wait 60 to 90 days until a judgment is made.
Any help is appreciate.

OP7 months agoThank you. I followed the Dispute email send to me by ebay and didn't see any place to respond. I did report the buyer, the item in question and shared all the details regarding this issue. From the start the buyer was not concerned about How To Properly Track the package, even when I express go to her post man or post office and check their GPS TRACKING. She asked for a FULL REFUND or she would dispute. That was a sure tell that she didn't or want to follow any steps of locating the package. I've been selling since 1999 on ebay and this is the first time I felt I am being scammed!
