Scammed by User

Question

I had bought over an ounce of silver from a user and when I got my package I was given a vape instead. I report it to EBay and they literally said that it wasnâ€™t a violation of what they just did. I spent 60 dollars on this item mind you, and Iâ€™m not old enough to have one of those things yet. What can I or should I do now?

You should open a Return Request. The reason could be "Damaged or Defective Item", "Missing Parts & Pieces" OR "Different from what I ordered > Didn't Match Description" if the item you got was not what was shown and described.

Do not close your return request until you either have your refund in hand or you have the replacement item. Do not close it because the seller promises you something.
