Scammed by seller, what do I do
how do I contact some one to report the USPS being used to scam people? The seller actually posted a picture in her listing that shows every card I would receive from her unopened packs of GPK series one giant cards. I did not get one card from the unmarked marked names on back of checklist pack! Please help

Mentor8 months ago@jamcno_56. Sorry you had a bad seller. eBay can't make the seller send the correct items but they can make the seller pay return shipping and refund you 100%.
Be sure to file the not as described return request within 3 business days of the date of delivery.
The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request for most categories AND 3 days for Trading Cards.
Here's what you need to do:
Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos.

4 business days after filing the return request if the seller has not provided a return shipping label or a full refund then ask eBay to step in and help: https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/ask-ebay-to-step-in?id=4701
Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located.

OP8 months agoThank you so much for your reply! So I may have another problem…. Maybe not! The package got returned to sender,,,, and I had to contact them to let them know my postman made a mistake! She was so nice, and accommodating, I was so fooled… she resent the package out, but only sent me confirmation of them be resent out through the messages on eBay? But I did request a refund the same day I got them the second time! But on eBay it shows the first delivery date! Another question though……are there shops that sellers can contact to sell ther collectibles to, or do people just have to post things and wait for buyers to contact them….. I have a bunch of stuff to get rid of, so I can get new stuff I’m into..
