Scammed By Seller
I purchased some sneakers February 11th using a Guest Account the expected delivery date was Feb 23rd on February 28th i reached out to Ebay via IG about this issue they told me they couldn't help me because its a guest account i should reach out to the seller so on March 9th i reached out to the seller to see whats going on the seller never responed i reached out again March 18th and no response i been back and forth with Ebay and their automated system today i finally got a live agent only to discover they say its past 30days so im outside of the 30day money back policy so theres nothing they can do for me so im out of my money and i didn't get my items what can i do? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Mentor5 months agoNow that you are past the eBay Money Back Guaranty deadline you need to go to your payment source and see if you can get a charge back. There are time limits for this that depend on the payment source so ask now.

Guest purchases are not connected to your eBay account. For help with a guest purchase, first sign out of your eBay account, then use the "order details" link in the email you received from eBay, or else right click on the link and choose to open the link in a private or incognito browser window.

You should have thirty days from the last estimated delivery date to file an "item not received" case with eBay, so you may still have time.
After thirty days eBay can no longer help, but you may still have recourse through your payment provider. PayPal and many credit cards offer up to six months of protection for items that are not received.
