Scammed By Seller
I was not home when I placed an order as guest because I didn't have my eBay account information with me. I never received an email acknowledgment of my order from eBay. I did receive the order but it wasn't what I ordered. I contacted the seller who again sent me a package but it wasn't what I ordered. Since I never got any communications from eBay I can't even contact them about this order. Short of just disputing this with AmEx I can't seem to even report this seller. Is there a way to contact a person at eBay. When I use the virtual assistant it doesn't get resolved. I don't want other people scammed by this seller.

You should open a Return Request. The reason could be "Item is defective", "Arrived damaged", "Missing Parts" OR "Doesn't Match photos and description" if the item you got was not what was shown and described.
