Scammed by Ebay seller
Purchased a box of hockey cards that were sold as factory sealed. Purchase was made Oct 2024. in June of 2025 I learned I was scammed by the eBay seller and key rookie cards were removed and then box was resealed. Reached out to seller but no response. What recourse do I have with eBay? Thank you

Mentor1 year agoUnfortunately you are long past the eBay Money Back Guaranty time limit of 30 days from delivery. You could ask your payment source about a charge back but most payment sources have a 180 days from purchase deadline so this time may have passed also. The only option remaining is to go to small claims court.

It's longer than 30 days, so eBay can't help with this.
You can contact your credit card to see if they can help.
