Scammed by buyer
Sold a lot of silver jewelry to a buyer, who is now requesting a refund. The items they pictured were not what I sent. I've never seen these items before. I have 100% feedback from ebay...not to mention thousands of successful items sold. What can I do? I don't want this buyer scamming other people. Tried to, unsuccessfully, find a number to call ebay directly. Where is sellers support?
