Scammed by a seller
I ordered a very expensive electronic item that arrived completely dead on arrival. The seller promised replacement components for months that would fix the item, which he never sent. Now that I’m outside of the return window, I’m not sure how to go about a return or refund. He led me on just to scam me and then dump me. No more responses. What can I do short of going to my bank and starting a fraud case?
