Scammed by a redemption Topps chrome. He sold it to me but he had already redeemed The redemption code

makng that redemption code redeem he gave me worthless. The lady said she would check on it. She told me to call her back when I got the used card so that I can get a refund. He has threatened me and laughed at for just more a couple times I got screenshots. What do I do about getting money? The lady said I would get the money back bc of eBay policy protecting scam artist. And I want to do is report this from other ppl Please help me out of getting money back. If you can just read what they done ti me. Can I get your fraud department

@yarbo4229 . Just wanted to add that you have only 3 days from the date of delivery to file a return request for trading cards. Hopefully the seller has not stalled you too long. An eBay agent cannot extend the time limit. No matter what they imply. If it is too late to file a eBay return request then you can file a chargeback with your payment method for an item that is significantly not as described. The seller will also be charged a much deserved $20 dispute fee.

Go to My ebay > Purchase History

Locate the item. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on More to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. ebay sends you a link to print out the label. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click on Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
