Scammed by a China seller, help!
I did a Buy it Now for an item that was too cheap to be true, I should have known better, but bought it anyway. I paid with PayPal Credit, instead of my Credit Card, another dumb move. The Seller posted a Tracking Number after payment, a China Tracking Number, then the next day the Seller changed the Tracking Number to a FedEx Tracking Number showing the package shipping from AL here in the USA. The package delivered via FedEx, not to my address, was only 13" long, my Item was over 19" long so I know it was not the item I ordered accidently delivered to the wrong address. Ebay states they won't honor their Money Back Guarantee because I reported the claim to PayPal first before reporting it to Ebay. PayPal ruled in the Seller's favor and paid him since Ebay provided a FedEx Tracking Number. I have since filled a dispute with PayPal and I am awaiting their ruling. Is there any other options to get my money back? Thanks!

Unfortunately, as soon as you went outside eBay they washed their hands of the situation. The Seller ran a False tracking number scam on you. We see that scam a lot. I would suggest not buying from that region in the future and purchase from domestic Sellers.

Yes, that happens ... when I am forced to buy something from that country I go to one of their local warehouses ... Walmart.
