scammed buy seller
put a bid on an mini excavate and I won $2025 seemed a little cheap but hopped it was ok but next there site was missing and no corrospondents as I msg them 3 time ,I tried to cancel order got a no from them then acct shut down, so I tried everything to contact eBay but they don't have a human to speak. to ,WHAT CAN I DO PLEASE HELP

Sorry this happened - mini excavators tend to be a high scam item for some reason.
If their account is shut down, then eBay shut it down probably for fraud. Does it show "not a registered user"?
eBay CS can help you with a refund. Follow these steps to reach a live agent:
Open this Help page on Removed listings
At the bottom Click on "Contact us"
In the Help Chatbox that opens, to bypass the bots, type AGENT then press the Send arrow
Keep typing "AGENT" to any bot questions.
For the box asking "Yes"/"Something else" (if there is one) click on "Yes"
You should see the options to Chat live with an agent, or have them call you.
I tried it and only had to enter AGENT once to get these options:
Note: The Call Back option doesn't always work if your carrier blocks spam/telemarketing calls.
With the Chat option eBay will automatically email you a transcript.
