Scammed
I purchased items as a guest and they are not authentic. I set up an account now to try to leave a bad review and possibly get a refund but i can’t link my account to my guest order history. The AI Chatbot said I could do it with my order confirmation, but it is not clear how to do that.

Mentor4 months agoSorry this happened to you. Unfortunately it is not possible to link a guest purchase with your eBay account no matter what the chatbot may tell you. Also, guest purchases do not have the ability to leave feedback for the seller as that is reserved for purchases made on your account.
