I bought an account for fortnite chatted with the seller for a bit and got the details for it changed all the info over to my stuff no idea how he got back into it and changed all the info back he also blocked me on ebay so how do i go about getting my 200$ back?

eBay doesn't offer any buyer protection for non-physical items.
But, buyers have a slight advantage. You could try opening a case for ITEM NOT RECEIVED. The seller will have to prove delivery of a physical item to you.
You will need to return to that case for a few days to see what action you need to take next. Don't let deadlines pass. There should be a point about the fourth day when you can ask eBay to step in and you will be refunded.
Now, they may send you something if they still have access to your shipping information.
Should you receive something from this seller, you must then open a new case for 'item not ad described'. But that is very unlikely.

OP1 year agoyup thats what i did told me if it wasnt resolved by the 19th i could have a refund no matter what currently talking to the seller rn

Stop talking to the seller. The only thing they need to do is to refund. No chatting, no discussing...
Do not let the seller talk you out of closing that case, for any reason! That case is the only way to get eBay to refund.
