My son sold a knife in here and now the buyer is saying he got a empty box now my 11 year old son is out the money and knife what am I supposed to do to help him

There is nothing you can do to help your son. If the buyer filed a case, they will need to be refunded.
Ebay members are supposed to be at least 18 years old.
