Scammed?
Hi guys. And hi eBay. First and foremost, eBays help system seems crappy. I can’t talk to a rep to ask questions that aren’t listed in a FAQ?
Anyways, I was in talks with a seller (he has 0 feedback but been a member since 2019), and I was asking tons of questions about the item, and got additional pictures. He was always responding within 10 minutes. As soon as I put in an offer and he accepted it, he has now ghosted me. He isn’t responding to any of my additional questions and obviously has not provided tracking.
What am I supposed to do?

Mentor1 year agoGo to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an
Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
