Scammed?????
I really need some help...
I ordered an item by ChainSpark aka e*carat July 1, '24 claimed to be here between July 5 and the 10th.....it is now the 13th and it still hasn't arrived. I have tried to contact the seller with no luck. I kept getting error messages with every attempt to report or contact. I can't figure out how to get ebay to step in as I ordered this item as a guest. I have an account but this item is not under it so I'm really lost here on what I can do. I keep getting transfered over to "helpful articles" rather than someone to help assist me on the matter. Can someone please help me?

Mentor2 years agoYou should have received an email with the subject "Guest Order" that has details about tracking and returns. If you cannot find this email, there is a way to resend here:

Sign out of your account and use the email you used as a guest.

OP2 years agoI tried this several times and it kept making me try to register a new account every time. It wouldnt let me log in to the previous one and it just kept going in circles. Isn't there an ebay support contact email address I can get in touch with to see if they can step in?
