Scammed???
Dear Ebay community,
I think I just got scammed by a user who sold me a piece of sports memorabilia but they used altered photos of another ebay seller.
The seller already said there would be a delay. Can i have have ebay step in and the ebay user to cancel the sale? It looks like i got scammed. Can i have ebay step in so this doesnt drag out for a month? What can i do?

As I said in your other post,
No, Ebay will not cancel your order. Didn't you look at the photos before you purchased the item?
Wait until the estimated date of delivery, as shown in your Purchase History.
When the estimated date of delivery has passed by at least 24 hours you can file a Refund Request:
Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history
If the seller does not respond after 3 days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.
