Mentor9 months agoDid you make the purchase as a guest and not on your account? Guest purchases are totally separate from any purchase on your account. You would need to find the confirmation email from eBay which will have special log in instructions that apply only to this item. When you log on using the special instructions you will see the item and be able to open any case you need.
