Mentor8 months agoEbay has a 30 day Money Back Guarantee for buyers. If you did not receive an item that you purchased & paid for you can file a Refund Request due to item not received.

Mentor8 months agoAlmost all items are covered by the eBay Money Back Guaranty. You have 30 days from receipt to open your case for an "Item not received". What did you purchase and what exactly happened and we may be able to offer advise.
