SCAMED ON EBAY
I bought an Apple Airpod on eBay. Immediately after I received the delivery, I discovered that the seller had sent me the wrong item. I raised a return request to eBay, and the seller closed the transaction. I have submitted my grievances to eBay, and up until now, I have not received a response from eBay. I felt hurt and angry because eBay's every attempt to speak with an eBay customer representative was impossible. I now realize that it's not safe to buy from eBay.

If you filed a Return Request and specified "wrong item received" or "doesn't match description" the seller could NOT close the dispute, you could have asked Ebay to step in by going back to your request and escalated it to Ebay to help you. Something went wrong with your Return Request.

Mentor2 years agoDid you open a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED. wrong item within 30 days? If so and no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
