Scam using eBay name?
Does anyone know if this is a scam using eBay as the seller? I don't think eBay has this type of service.

That link points to a private gmail inbox and cannot be used by anyone without your credentials.
Scammers often pose as eBay, or send fake links via email.
If you are not on ebay.com, you are not involved in an eBay transaction. eBay transactions do not start on other sites and do not involve sending links via email. Anyone asking you to follow a specific link or provide a specific payment method such as a gift card or cryptocurrency or asking for payment via app or in any way other than going through eBay's checkout page should be viewed with extreme suspicion.
