SCAM SELLERS FROM CHINA
How can I report a SCAM that has been going around with Chinese companies which offer high end electronic parts on Ebay and once the order is placed and paid for, they will cancel the order saying there is no stock, item is damaged etc. meanwhile still offering the same item to others. It has happened to me 4 different times already and only because I'm insured through Ebay we keep trying as the parts are urgent.
